AI is the main engine

Doubts, MCQs and translations may use AI providers. Responses are never used to train external models.

What we collect

Account info — name and hashed password.
Usage data — tests attempted, scores, time spent.
Doubts you submit (text and optional images) — processed by AI to generate an answer.
Payment metadata only. Card and UPI details stay with Razorpay.

How AI is used

We use large-language-model APIs to explain doubts, generate practice MCQs when the curated bank is short, and translate stems between Hindi and English. Every AI MCQ passes through an accuracy filter, but errors can still slip through. Treat AI output as a study aid, not as authoritative material.

Payments

Subscriptions and pay-per-use unlocks are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway. MockMaster only receives a payment-ID and status. All payments are final and non-refundable once a mock test, live contest, or PYQ paper has been unlocked. Please review the pricing page carefully before you confirm any purchase.

Cookies & ads (Monetag)

MockMaster displays advertisements provided by Monetag on free-tier pages to keep the platform sustainable. To do this, Monetag and its third-party advertising partners:

May use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads based on your interests and prior visits to this and other websites.
Collect standard log data (IP, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) when ads are served.
Never receive your name, email, password, payment details or exam responses from us.

We strictly disable ads on exam (/exam) and live-contest (/live) pages so ads never interrupt an in-progress test. Paid subscribers see no ads at all. Login state itself is stored in your browser'slocalStorage.

Children

MockMaster is suitable for school-age learners. Children under 13 must use the app under a parent’s account and supervision.

Updates to this policy

Material changes are pushed to this page and surfaced via an in-app banner. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.
